This newly-designed compost bin recycles garden and kitchen waste into rich, useful soil conditioner and natural fertilizer. Tucked away in a corner of the garden with its discreet shape and color the Composter performs its useful task: composting vegetables, fruit, and garden waste. Stir the pile weekly and in just a short time you'll have rich compost to add to your garden as mulch or life-giving soil conditioner.
Features:
- Access the compost as you need it through doors at each of the four sides.
- Made with a new copolymer based plastic – which is not supposed to break in cold weather
- Corner-clips which prevent the side panels from sliding apart
- Clips slip over the lid hinges preventing the lid from blowing away in heavy winds.
- The same clips used to keep the lid in place also make it possible for the lid to stand straight up (by itself) when loading the composter.
- All the side panels have the same two "lid-grabbers" (hinges) at the top which hold the lid in place and make it much less likely for the lid to open up easily – like in a wind or by an animal.
- Their lids have a flat design with reinforcement ribs – for added strength. (significantly better than other units)
- The 4 access "doors" or "panels" can be hung right above the opening for easy "storage"
