Please read before placing your order. This product ships motor freight. Home must be accessible by truck. Please note LTL shipments are shipped curbside, which means the delivery box truck will pull up to the curb at the residence. The box truck driver is not required to remove the product from the truck. You will have to be home for delivery and in most cases will need 1-2 people to take the product off the box truck. There are usually multiple boxes strapped on a pallet. Customers can cut the strap or band to make it easier to unload each individual box. The truck driver will call you to set up delivery so it is very important for us to have a valid cell phone number. You may request a lift gate for an additional $100. With lift gate deliveries the product will be lowered to the ground. Please keep in mind lift gate is an additional service that is not automatically provided with your order unless requested at the time the order is placed.
