The greenhouse has built in benches. It is really designed for containers and not planting directly into the ground.

It will be hotter in the greenhouse than outside most likely. Keep the door open, put shade cloth on the greenhouse and turn fans on to keep the plants happy. Also, make sure they have plenty of water. Solexx will reduce direct sun and intense heat which will protect your plants, but it will not be pleasant for people.
