Placing Your Order
There are three ways to place your order. Orders are generally shipped UPS within 2-3 days of receiving the order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Orders paid by personal check require additional processing time and can take up to 10 days longer.

1. Online

   Place your order on our secure shopping cart see our privacy policy. After submitting your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent within minutes. The e-mail lets you know that your order was successfully received. It also gives you a copy of your order for your reference. You can track the status of your order or review your order history at any time by logging into your account.

2. By Phone

   Print out our online order form - it’s handy to have to write down notes about what you want to order. Call 1-800-825-1925 or 1-503-393-3973 (Salem area) to place your order with one of our knowledgable customer service representatives.

A few or our oversize or heavy products have additional shipping charges. These charges will be added to your shipping total when they are added to the shopping cart. If there is an additional shipping charge, it will be listed on the product page.

3. Solexx Panels and Rolls
Approximate Solexx panel shipping rates will appear in your cart at check out. We will contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm the total Solexx panel shipping charges. Please, call to get a rate quote.

Shipping rates for all products are for the contiguous 48 states. Call for all other rates.

Methods of payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and personal check. Orders paid by personal check take additional processing time and will delay delivery of your order.

Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! The Greenhouse Catalog offers a 90 day money-back guarantee on all Solexx brand greenhouse and accessories. If you are dissatisfied with your product, call us at 1-800-825-1925 for return authorization details. You can return the item for an exchange or refund. Shipping and/or restocking fee may apply for the return of a greenhouse, call for information about a specific greenhouse brand.
