Placing Your Order

Orders are generally shipped UPS within 1-3 days of receiving the order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Order Online Place your order on our secure shopping cart (see our privacy policy). After submitting your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent within minutes. The e-mail lets you know that your order was successfully received. It also gives you a copy of your order for your reference. You can review your order history at any time by logging into your account.

Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).

A few or our oversize or heavy products have additional shipping charges. These charges will be added to your shipping total in the shopping cart. If there is an additional shipping charge, it will be listed on the product page.

3. Solexx Panels and Rolls
Panels and Rolls are shipped at a set UPS rate based on volume and weight. We offer specific packages on the website to help us calculate shipping for easy online ordering. If you need a panel or roll quantity that is not available on the website, please call with your custom order and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Shipping rates for all products are for the contiguous 48 states. Call for all other rates.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, call us at 1-800-825-1925 for return authorization details. You can return the item for an exchange or refund. Shipping and/or restocking fee may apply for the return of a greenhouse, call for information about a specific greenhouse brand.
